The Office of Mainland Affairs at HKUST would like to invite you to an upcoming Women's Leadership event featuring Ms. CHEN Chang Fen (Felice) 陈嫦芬to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026. She will deliver a keynote speech on “Women’s Leadership and Professional Development” (女性领导力和职场素养), sharing insights on developing leadership capabilities and professional excellence in the workplace.

Following the keynote, we will transition into a dynamic panel discussion exploring women’s leadership in today's business landscape. We are privileged to have Ms. Jennifer XU (许坚真), Managing Partner of Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Service at Deloitte China, serving as our moderator. She will guide a conversation with Ms. Chen and two more distinguished panelists: Ms. Jane GAO (高静), Chairman of the Board at Joiest Group, and Prof. Winnie PENG (彭倩), Director of Roger King Center for Asian Family Business and Family Office.
