The event will feature Ms. Chen Chang Fen陈嫦芬, who will deliver a keynote speech on "女性领导力和职场素养" (Women's Leadership and Professional Development). She will share insights on developing leadership capabilities and professional excellence in the workplace.

Following the keynote, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A session featuring women alumni leaders and faculty members, moderated by Ms. Helen CHEN, Head of External and Alumni Relations, School of Business and Management, HKUST.
