Join this cooking workshop to celebrate the mid-autumn festival together.
In this workshop, you will learn about the Chinese pastry-making traditions and get to make the festive pastries on a relaxing Friday afternoon with colleagues from different schools/ departments/ offices. Share the delicious treats with your family and friends and discover the art of Chinese traditions.

Gathering Point: HKUST (actual location to be confirmed)*
Refundable Deposit: $200 (100% refundable upon completion of the workshop.)

Venue: Kee Wah Studio (Wan Chai)
Quota: 15 participants
Language: English (supplemented by Cantonese)
*Participants will meet at HKUST and travel to the venue together with a coach. Only a single journey from HKUST to Kee Wah Studio will be provided.

- Making of Peach Blossom Pastry (桃花酥) with red bean paste filling & Rabbit Shaped Egg Custard Mooncake (小兔奶黃月餅)
- Participants will be able to take away 3 Peach Blossom Pastries and 3 Mooncakes*
