What: Join The Women's Foundation Young Allies Program and become a champion for gender equality and inclusive leadership in Hong Kong. Gain mentorship, attend interactive workshops, and engage in practical learning experiences.

Who: 
•    Male university-age students who are currently enrolled in any tertiary institution in Hong Kong.
•    Motivated individuals eager to challenge gender stereotypes and develop inclusive leadership skills.

Application deadline: 12 October 2025

Application process: Please complete this application form. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online interview. Result will be announced in late-October.
