The HKUST Diversity and Equal Opportunities Unit partnered with Manulife and MTR Corporation to host a highly interactive workshop on the practical skills of inclusive leadership. The session was led by Ritu Bhasin, an award-winning life coach, speaker, author, and inclusion expert. 

People leaders from HKUST's faculty and staff communities explored what it means to foster belonging and lead across differences. The workshop also gave leaders from HKUST, Manulife and MTR a chance to learn from one another and exchange best practices.

• Five steps to effectively interrupt bias as people leaders 

• How to give positive, constructive and developmental feedback that supports team members' professional growth
